A copy of this was sent to all Attendees, this explains in detail the subjects that will be brought up in the meeting. we gathered allot of feedback from this meeting, allowing us to make changes to the project where necessary. there were a few Major adjustments to this project:

• Location
• Story Plot
• Use of Actors
